In my opinion, the last word in onboard pre-amps, the Ellipse Aura features the same acoustic imaging software as is featured in the full size Aura. Up to four different images can be downloaded onto the unit from Fishman's sound library and and extensive range of image options is provided with every new unit in a convenient CD-ROM. A mini USB provides connectivity. A phase switch is provided for control of
positional feedback and if that isn't enough a self tuning notch filter mops up anything left over.
There is a voicing switch to adjust the response for different body shapes and sizes a balance control allowing you to feed in as much or as little of the image signal as you need and, of course, a volume control.
